The Watchers are an ancient race of cosmic beings tasked with recording all the events of The Marvel Universe, under an oath to never interfere.

One Watcher, through observing the works of Jim Starlin, became obsessed with the Infinity Gems, 6 objects that control the aspects of the universe. When collected, the Gems give the possessor supreme power.

Abandoning his cosmic duty, The Infinity Watcher devotes his time to collecting and critiquing the entirety of media related to the Infinity Gems and Infinity Watch characters, as well as The Marvel Cinematic Universe film series.
